Refer a Tradesman

Our best new tradesmen are usually the ones that our existing tradesmen send our way. We'd like to thank you for helping us meet quality tradespeople that you know with a referral thank you gift. 

For the balance of 2022, for every person that you refer who joins the IST team, you will receive $50.

What you need to do:

Complete the following form, and we'll reach out within a couple of days.

(Note: To receive the thank you gift, you need to complete this form before introducing the new tradesperson to IST.)

Terms:  Amount paid after the referred employee works 40 hours.  If the referrer is an active IST employee, the $50 will be paid on the next paycheck.  If not an active employee, we will mail a gift card.
